Tracking table tennis
Every table tennis match, on the record.
- points win a game
- 11
- clear points to win, with no cap
- 2
- games at most in one match
- 7
Games to 11, win by two, best of five by default and up to best of seven. Each game is recorded on its own under one match, so your history shows every game as well as the result.
EVO and rankings
Your table tennis EVO, in every group.
Your EVO
A 0 to 100 table tennis rating, separate from every other sport and the same in every group. Wins lift it, losses lower it, and beating someone rated above you moves it more. It appears after your tenth table tennis match, with a ring that fills as it gets sure of your level.
Your group's table
Create a group, share the link, code or QR, and every table tennis match feeds a ranking your friends can see. Play in more than one group and they all share the same table tennis EVO.
Quick Match
No group? Record a table tennis Quick Match against any player by username. It's kept in your history but doesn't change EVO.
Questions
5 questions
What table tennis players ask before their first match.
Does FinalPoint track table tennis doubles?
Yes. Record singles or doubles. In doubles all four players get the result on their record and their table tennis EVO moves with it.
What table tennis scoring does FinalPoint support?
Games to 11, win by two, best of five by default and up to best of seven. Each game is recorded on its own under one match, so your history shows every game as well as the result.
How is a table tennis EVO rating worked out?
Every player has a separate 0 to 100 EVO for each sport, worked out on our servers after each confirmed match. The change scales with the gap between you and your opponent, so beating a higher-rated player moves your number more. It shows after your tenth table tennis match, and the ring beside it fills as it gets sure of your level.
Can one group play table tennis and another sport?
Yes. Mixed-sport groups are supported, and each sport keeps its own rankings and its own EVO. A table tennis win never touches your rating in another sport.
Is FinalPoint free for table tennis?
Yes. Groups, matches, rankings, EVO and badges are free, with no ads. Rally and Pro add all five sports, unlimited groups, full history and deeper stats, and you never need either to play.
